Looking more like a bed & breakfast than a hotel, breakfast is the only service provided, moreover served in the hallway where the rooms face, it would be better not to offer it at all.
I stayed in the so-called junior suite, in truth it was a large but dark room, our bathroom was at the top of a twenty-step staircase!
Definitely the price paid was exaggerated for the kind of service provided, despite the excellent location in the heart of Venice.

Dear Sirs, First of all, thank you for leaving your comment. Like the others already published, this is also a valuable contribution to improving the hotel. However, we would like to point out that you stayed during the Easter period, a time of peak season, and therefore paid the full rate for a quadruple room. The room in which you actually stayed is not an ordinary quadruple room but a Junior Suite of 47 sqm excluding the bathroom, with two large windows overlooking a courtyard, allowing natural light to enter the room. Regarding the services, we offer all the amenities of a 3-star hotel and even beyond; we do not understand what additional services you would have expected. Honestly, we work to make your stay as pleasant as possible and not the opposite, as evidenced by the many other comments left by guests from all over the world. We would still like to invite you to contact us when you decide to visit Venice again so that we can win you back, perhaps by addressing the shortcomings you have noted. The room was gloomy and dead-end.
The furniture was worn out with worn paint, some paint work behind the curtains needed repair.
Shower over the tub.
The bathroom was high, getting in/out was very difficult.

Wonderful typical Venetian floor and piano.
Wonderful little balcony where you can admire the square, especially at night with artistic lighting.
Extremely courteous and helpful staff.
Rich and varied breakfast.
It was a pleasure, thank you very much.Only downside is the lack of toothbrush 3 toothpaste, a small improvement for excellence.
Useful but less important I would add toppers and slippers.
